Unable to use "Rules for sorting new messages" function of my live mail

  • Hello Microsoft team,

    The function of "Rules for sorting new messages" in ALL my live mail accounts seems don't work properly.

    I can ONLY delete the old rules while can NOT add any new ones. Everytime I click on the "New" button, the webpage just doesn't have any response.

    I have tried it on firefox, IE and Opera browser but it keeps no responding.

    The rules are far away from full of storage, as one of my accounts has 50 rules while another has 26, but neither of them can add any new rules.

    Would you please help me to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

  • I have that problem too.and i sent many mail to Microsoft team,and no any response.it means it's a big bug of program.and they can't fix it.i have to clean inbox everyday.it sucks.

  • I noticed the same thing too last night.  The existing rules seem to work if I apply them manually but other than that the functionality is gone.
