    You know getting help with a specific problem no matter how simple or complicated shouldn't make you feel like your standing in line at the DMV. I needed help, I am a novice, my question was pasted from pillar to post because I didn't know where to put it, I finally got an answer, but it certainly was not here. These forums are just as impersonal as a phone call, if you can give the person the runaround maybe they will give up and quit attitude doesn't fly with me. If I want to know something and you don't want to give the answer, just say so, don't waste my time or ignore me.

    mmm, that's how forum works, it is a public place that anyone can come, that is, if people have free time and interest in the posts.  People pick threads to answer based on their interests. If your post does not draw a lot of interest, perhaps it is in a wrong forum, or have one of the other issues that may cause a lose of interest, or is simply too complex to handle in a forum post (such as a book-long post or a semester of instructions).
