  • My card has been charged many times for the same Onecare service within the last few days repeatedly. What's happening with Microsoft? If we can't trust MS with such a simple task, then who else can we trust? Can someone, preferably an official MS agent respond to my inquiry? I have sent a complaint to MS's support center and this is what I got back:

    "Thank you for contacting Microsoft!   Due to an unplanned regional disruption in network services,  we are unable to accept Chat or Email requests for billing at this time. For billing inquiries, you may access and manage your account online using https://billing.microsoft.com.  You may also contact billing phone support by visiting http://help.live.com/help.aspx?project=onecarev2 .We look forward to helping you with your inquiry at that time and apologize for any inconvenience this service delay may have caused."

    Hey c'mon, this is the internet era and MS is supposed to be the god here. Contact by phone? Am I being naive?

    I need urgent assistance in this regards. Thanks for your time.
