    Hi,

    One of my clients is looking to find a CRM system. They put in Dynamics GP 2013 few months back. I know Microsoft have something which works with GP, though it is not their own product. Some folks (users) mentioned Salesforce.com, so I am looking around to get feed back as to what works best, and does it deliver what it commits. In addition to the features of the CRM itself, reconciliation with GL etc. will be a factor and last but not least the implementation, which would be my main operation in this project.

    Just in case it helps, they are using office 365 (E3) for email and office suites.
