CRM 2011 Email Router not seeing a few emails. RRS feed

  • Hello,

    We have been using CRM on prem for some time now running the rollup 15. The only issues we are having is that for some reason the email router is not seeing some emails coming into an orders mailbox. It sees all other emails but the ones coming from this one client (so far that we can see) we cannot find this happening for any other client.

    I have attached the email header below to investigate. I am not sure why the email router would not see these emails when it sees all others and brings them into the orders queue just fine. For now I have the users just forward these emails again into the orders mailbox from within the same exchange (as they are also CC'ed on each of these orders). but I don't want them to have to keep doing this moving forward.

    Would anyone know what the issue is with this email by the header? or is their something else I should be looking at.
