CRM 2011 AssignRequest RRS feed

  • In CRM 2011, when issuing an AssignRequest it assigns the entity (Incident) to the correct person, however it seems to update all the 'Annotations' (Notes) also, and shows 'Edited By NEW USER ASSIGNED TO' whenever the 'AssignRequest' code was run?
    Is there any way to stop this from happening?
