  • I think there is already a relationship between quotedetail and salesorderdetail, and you can add a mapping for your attribute to that relationship.

    The difficulty is that the relationship is not directly available via the CRM UI. The easiest way to edit the relationship is to find its relationshipid (you can use a SQL query on the metadata to get this). Then, open any other CRM 1-N relationship, and get the URL for this page (I think you can press Ctrl N to get a new window with the address bar), and modify it to use the relationshipid

  • You can create a relationship between these two entity, refer the following steps about leads to Opportunity, Contact, Account, it should be same.

    For the case of copying custom field from leads to Opportunity, Contact, Account. Please perform the following action plan and reply me the results:

     1. Go to Settings->Customizations
     2. Go to Entity->Leads
     3. Click 1:N Relationships menu
     4. In the relationships Screen, double click account_originating_lead relationship

     5. Then click Mappings menu on the left, Click New button

     6. Select the attribute you wish to copy on the left side, then select the attribute of the Account where you want to copy the value to, click OK

     7. Remember to Publish all the Customizations.

    For the Leads to Account, Contact, Opportunity, you should choose account_originating_lead, contact_originating_lead, opportunity_originating_lead in Step 4 for adding the relationship.
