Names of the group fields of resourse? RRS feed

    In the resource custom filed, in group field there are 4 fields (group, code, cost center and cost type)

    So, filed "cost center" in PWA and field "cost center" in Prof are the same?

    Should have the same name this field group and name of security group or this resource field group and field "group" in Prof are the same?

    Hi,

    if you use AD sync for resources or groups, group field will be filled by "Department" of Active Directory. So the field group in Project is not linked in any way to Security groups of Project Server. As long as you are not using AD sync, you can put in Security group for an overview.

    Cost Center in PWA and Project client are the same.
