Presence information not being refreshed in a terminal session in Powerfuse shell

Question
-
I'm experiencing the following issue;
When connecting thru an RDP session with a Windows Server 2003 (SP2) terminal server with RES Powerfuse shell (http://www.res.eu/page.aspx?id=9&l=EN) the presence information is not automatically refreshed.
When being away for some time from the computer, the status does change to Away, but when I start working in the session again, my status stays Away. Even when I start an IM with another person.
Bug maybe?
Let me know if you need more info.

Does everything work fine without using TS and without using this third-party program? My guess is that this program is some how interferring. Without knowing anything about this program, I don't know how to help.Wednesday, June 27, 2007 5:18 PM

Can you let us know the status of your issue? Have you tried performing other tests to try and narrow down the cause?Friday, July 6, 2007 8:24 PM

Bottom line is communicator is not supported in TS, this came from Mircosoft!
Next version will be supported and maybe working better.
