I'm using a laptop acer aspire 4752g bought in 2012
And I upgrade to windows 10 about 3 months ago.
since then my internet became very unstable
it disconnect very often especially when playing games.
//
I finally found out the problem is my ethernet card driver,
Its produced by Broadcom (BCM57785)
the old driver version is 15.6.0.14
and I manually upgrade to 17.2.0.0
which windows update suggest me not to installed.
and my problem was fixed, internet became to usual.
//
see their website for my driver:
http://zh-tw.broadcom.com/support/ethernet-nic-netlink-57xx
//
and here's the new problem
when checking new upgrade,
the windows update will reinstalled the old version of my ethernet card driver(15.6.0.14)
which will caused internet problem.
//
Is there any way to stop windows update from reinstalling the old version of my ethernet card driver?
or will microsoft release the new update to fix this?
//
sorry for my poor english.
