  Error 0020,
  
  if you're getting this error probably you have a virus on the computer.
  
  try this step.
  
  

  Check for infections related to AV 2009 (popups) Boaxxe, BrasTK.exe

  Uninstall / Reinstall OneCare using the cleanup utility (http://download.microsoft.com/download/4/c/b/4cb845e7-1076-437b-852a-7842a8ab13c8/OneCareCleanUp.exe) just run the clean up tool for onecare then reinstall onecare trial then if you have existing subscription just activate it.
