  • The installed Product Key is the Default Key - and can never be activated.

    You need to change the Key to the one on your COA sticker, and activate that - assuming it's for Windows 7 Professional. If the COA sticker is for any other edition of WIndows, you will have to reformat and reinstall using genuine media and Key

    Your installation of Office is counterfeit.
