Computer Virus?

  I'm using a Kaspersky Internet Security but still I'm not sure if my computer has a virus. Based on my experiences if a computer has a virus the Album art appears in music folder (I'm not sure about this), but now if I play some games my computer suddenly stops for a minute then it will run again.
  
  what can you say about this?
