How to find which compute nodes belong to a group from command line? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have defined two groups : group_1 and group_2 which contain 5 compute nodes each. The compute nodes may change (due to maintenance) but group_1 and group_2 always contains 5 compute nodes.I would like to periodically verify processes running on compute nodes that belong only to group_1 or group_2.Is there any command that would tell me which compute nodes belong to group_1 or group_2?

  • Here is an example of how to use "node.exe" to display the members of nodegroup "ComputeNodes":

    node list /group:computenodes
