Wont connect & linked email account no longer working RRS feed

  • I installed the Dynamics CRM outlook client and shut outlook down after using the system once. The following day I booted my system and opened outlook only to find that the same email address I use for Dynamics CRM online, which was my default outlook email address, no longer allows me to sign into outlook. I fixed this by setting up a new email account and making the new address the default account. The email address that I used to set up Dynamics CRM online no longer works in outlook, when I click on it I get an error stating the the email OST file cannot be accessed because it has been configured for use with a different mailbox.

    The other issue I am experiencing is when I click on any of the CRM folders in outlook. I get a message saying CRM disconnected and then when I click on the sign in link I get a message saying that CRM trying to connect but it never does. The message hangs.
