I have the answer.
In short: You need to run Outlook at least once to configure it.
Once Outlook is "up and going" then, the Dynamics client installs -- no problems.
Took me about 30 minutes to figure out. :-)

One of the CRM Outlook client preregs has been to have at least one Outlook Profile created before installation of the CRM Outlook software.
Remember also that you can have seveal profiles on a machine but you only install the client once.
Hope that works for you Sarfu.
Hey there Jeremy , my Group Policy man, nice to see you on the CRM Forums.

Looks like the machine itself has issues.
Are you following all the prerequisites.?

I have an interesting idea (unrelated to this thread), and I'd like to ask a Dynamics MVP like you -- your opinion. Can you give me a buzz?
