  • Hello,

    someone knows how/if can create a new kind of activity?

    I just want one like phone call (but should have other name)

  • Hi Fulvio,

          There are couple of options

    1) Consider upgrade to CRM 2011.

    2) For 4.0, you cannot use entity as activity so everything will need to be a custom code and a lot of it is not possible in 4.0 like pushing the new entity to Queue and adding this to activity menu etc.

  • Hi Fulvio,

         You can create a custom entity and click define as activity on the general page. This will enable you to create the entity as Activity.

  • Hi,

    I forgot to write , I use CRM 4.0.

    So, I saw can create an entity, but where should I make the connection to activity type?
