Moved Thread in Two Places

Question
-
About 1 hour 20 minutes ago I moved this thread in the TechNet Wiki Discussion forum:
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/tnwiki/thread/6184bb96-f6ed-4a05-8bcf-3a2445731684
to the Windows Server General forum. Since then, it has appeared in both forums. Here is the same thread in the Windows Server General forum:
Both say they were moved by me because the question is about Server 2012, but the note no longer mentions from where or to where, so people in the Wiki Discussion forum think I moved it there.
I remember a delay in the past, but not cases where a thread appeared to be in two forums at once. Is this new?

Iv'e seen this a lot in the last few months. Not sure if in the background it is a server sync issue but for me the thread in the source location has always eventually disappeared. As far as the notation of where it was moved from this feature was lost back in January time frame.

With both URLs, they show via the bread crumb that it was moved to the WinServerGen forum. I think the confusing part is just that it shows up using both URLs.
