Validate my copy of win xp pro

Question
-
I moved my hard drive to a new home built computer and got the validation pop up. My validation was approved and things went well until I had some problems with video and took my computer apart to install a new video card. I was given three days to complete validation and could not get the video problem solved and now I can't get the validation to take a look I get a message that says this copy of windows is not activated. I have been all over the microsoft site and have learned a lot about why I should activate and how to activate but all the instructions tell me to do something that is not available on my computer evidently. I would call someone but the phone validation info disappeared with the validation program. I know my copy of XP is good, I have been using it for years and have always been able to validate when I relocated my hard drive. Please help me get in touch with someone who can validate my software. Thanks. (copy of report follows)

Unfortunately, the license for an OEM version of Windows XP is permanently tied to the first PC it is installed and activated on. The license cannot be transferred to a different PC.
