Contracts Appearing in the Wrong Account RRS feed

  • We have several Contract(s) that are Appearing in the wrong Account screen. I did changed the Subscriber look-up value to have the right Account but the Contract still appears in the wrong Account screen. How do I go about changing these Contracts so they appear in the right Account screen?

  • Do you have any workflows, dialogs or plugins that are changing the records?

    Personally I would turn on auditing for this field on the entity, update the records to what you need them to be and once you begin to notice they have reverted, check the audit logs to see who or what is changing them.  If there is a workflow changing them, it may say that the system is updating them.  But if a user is updating these, then you will see who and when it was done.  At that point you can turn off the auditing on this field.
