Getting my subscribtion back, but no ID

I renewed my subsubscription to windows live care but a few months later my compter crashed. I don't know how to get it back on, it keeps telling me that my product key is already in use, well daaaa I paid for it and now I can't use it. I didnt originally set up one care on my laptop and dont have a ID to go with my account. How do I get what I paid for without having to pay for it again??

You cannot re-use the product key. When you originally activated your product key it was linked to the Live ID you used to set up your account. If you cannot remember the Live ID used to set up your account you can contact support for help.
