    I have a  problem with my PC.  I can login without a problem, but when I try to play certain games, it freezes or it won't load.  I have tried wiping the whole computer and started over, but it still does it.  What can I do?  I also tried to use the Fixit program, but a message comes up by the thing I want to have it check, and it says (error) can't load.  What can I do?
