    Hi

    in case entity i am having remarks and status columns

    status and remaks  will keep changing by the users  this history i have to maintain one resposity need to show into the case form?

    can you please suggest me how can we do any plug-in or fech xml query for this..

    it's very urgent

    Hi Rammohan,

    can you please provide more information on this?

    if you want to just maintain audit history on these two columns then just enable audit on case and enable auditing on these two fields only..

    as and when fields values are changed system will automatically maintain changes and if users got access to audits they will able to view audit history on relevant case records..
