benefits home server software

  at my home pc i've windows xp and since i develop applications from software like microsoft visual studio, oracle, c++ my applications or ths installed software doesn't work and shows errors while debugging, compling,etc. from this forum today i learnt, we can get server help through downloadin home server software. what will be the package that is the cost by using their servers, are they rental basis,etc
