Best Way to Prepare for 70-272 Exam

Hello all. I just finished the Microsoft Press book "Supporting Users and Troubleshooting Desktop Applications on Microsoft Windows XP Self-Paced Training Kit 70-272".

I was just wondering if anyone could offer any advice in regards to how to prepare for the certification exam? I would really like to pass it on the first go-around (I plan on taking the cert exam for 70-271 after I finish the book for that, which I already have). Also, which one do you consider more difficult (70-272 or 70-271)?

Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

In my opinion ,Both of them are easy or hard.If you passed the 270 exam, you should have no trouble at all passing them .

. However studying the material and doing the excersices on your PC will help heaps.

And you can find more detailed information from 6 Tips on your 70-271 preparation
