Cisco Extension Mobility & Attendant in OCS2007 R2 RRS feed

  • Hi Everyone,

    I have a Cisco CallManager 5.1.3.2000-3 & Cisco Presence 7.0.2.10000-36

    My query lies with Extension Mobility, as we have in our CSC (Customer Service Center) several staff but only one or two con-currently logged in as 'Switch' (meaning they become the main receptionists), while everyone else stays logged out of Mobility use just a Shared Line on there ext if the switch users dont answer the call.

    Now a user logged in as Switch has there own line + the 3 extra lines. With the Attendant it is only detecting calls made to the users original extension (eg 3451) and not the extra lines attached to the device via Extension Mobility (eg 4001, 4002, 4003).

    Does anyone know how to resolve this problem? (Yes the user is logged into Extension Mobility before they open the Attendant).
