    I'm trying to install live one care, however, my cd drive will not even recoqnized that it is in the driver. Even browsing for it, I cannot find any files at all from the drivedisc. Any help or ideas.

    Does the CD drive read other discs okay? If so, not to worry - it must be a bad disc. Simply go to http://onecare.live.com and download the trial. Once installed, activate with the retail product key found inside the retail box.
