    i resently got a new net book and am trying to install office on it. i came with the tryal version preinstalled and while the tryial time everything worked grate. however when the time expired and i was asked to give a product key it refused to accept the one i got from my student store. this lisence in the second one i have bought from them and the other one workds grate. when i enter the new one it says that the key is incorrect or invalid. i have tryed down loading and installing office again but that dident help. now what do i do? please help school is starting and i need my computer to have a word processing so i can escape the lab. thanks

    Hello Kennedyb,

    Are you perfectly matching the edition of Office?  In other words, if you try to activate an installation of Office 2007 Home and Student with a product key for Office 2007 Professional, you will get the invalid error at the time of entry.
