    i have a question about developing office 365 filehandler addin.

    not about developing method, but about current features and future plan.

    I don't know where can I ask this question.

    there are too many places

    technet, msdn, stackoverflow, uservoice, partnership support ....

    where is the right place to this question for getting microsoft's official announce?

    The Microsoft-hosted office 365 API forum was archived so you'll have to ask about specifics in one of the other Office 365/2016 forums or possibly over here.
