SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint 2019 migration of Content database only

Dears,

Finally my management agreed to upgrade to SharePoint 2019 from SP 2013. I want to update only content database from 2013 to 2019. the rest of the configurations & databases i will do manually. So any one have the idea of doing content database migration?
