E-Mail Router does not pull all eMails - CRM 2011 on premise

Question
-
We are using E-Mail Router for CRM 2011 on premise with Exchange 2010. Incoming eMails use Exchange Web Service.
The problem: the E-Mail Router does not pull certain eMails. They are in the inbox folder on the server (as are those that are pulled).
They are NOT moved to the Undeliverable folder but never show up in the CRM either. While such an eMail is in the inbox folder MSCRMEmail will write these 3 information to the application log every minute
- Email not found. Going for EWS Call.
- Adding in hastable: email [subject:SomeText]
- Removed email [subject:SomeText] from hashtable, hashtable.count = 0What makes some of these eMail special is that they were sent to the crm using bcc.
Any ideas?Friday, May 27, 2011 7:12 PM

Please add any user (U1) in To line and check the following setting for U1.
Personal Options -> Email Tab -> Select the e-mail messages to track in CRM.
Track : <You need to choose the right filtering option to get the email promoted to CRM>
Check if the email promotion failed due to one of the two below mentioned messages.
1.
06/14/2011 04:42:33 : #60263 - The e-mail message with subject "<subject>" in mailbox <email> for delivery to http://<CRM URL> was rejected. Reason: NoRecipientMatch.
06/14/2011 04:42:33 : #35241 - The recipients for the e-mail message with subject "<subject>" in mailbox <email> did not match any known records.2.
06/14/2011 04:36:32 : #60263 - The e-mail message with subject "<subject>" in mailbox <email> for delivery to http://<CRM URL> was rejected. Reason: NoCorrelationMatch.
If its the second one, then check the filtering option mentioned above.
If its the first one, then you need to add a recipient in the To or CC list.- Proposed as answer by Ravindra R Upadhya [MSFT] Tuesday, June 14, 2011 11:54 AM

Emails sent as Bcc to a mailbox are not pushed to CRM unless there is some other recipient in To or CC that is also a valid CRM entity and allows promotion of emails into CRM.

Hi, thanks for your reply.

I already thought so and tried to resolve it as follows:
1) added an account with the To-address as eMail -> that did not help
2) added a user with the To-address as Primary eMail and approved his eMail -> that did not help either
I now added a contact with the To-address as eMail. I will wait for another eMail to be received and will post the result.

I am absolutely amazed to see that my question has been answered even though I do not know the answer / solution (I therefore unmarked the "answer").
Back to the (still unsolved) mystery:
We now have tried all of the following and nothing helped:
1) we added an account with the To-address as eMail
2) we added a user with the To-address as Primary eMail and approved his eMail
3) we added a contact with the To-address as eMail
Any other ideas?

We are having a similar problem. We have customers that sent us emails via BCC. The reason is that they did not want to expose their customers to each other. The MS Dynamics 2011 email router is not transferring emails to the queue we have established if the group email box address is not in the “To:” or “CC:” field.
Any suggestions?
