MCT Enrollment Tool locks on MTM ID new registration RRS feed

    Hi to all, I'm trying to become MCT, so i use the MCT enrollment tool from MCP site. I created a new MCT enrollment and inserted all the credentials correctly, when i go to generate my MTM ID (i don't have one for now) and i push submit nothing happens...i show a speedy flashig red text that tells that it can takes about a minute for generating credentials..but nothing happens. I tried also with a different browser...same issue.

    Am i wrong something? Or the MTM request doesn't works?

    Hi,

    I had the same issue last week, have you tried the IE compatibility modes? If you press F12 in IE you can select different document modes and IE versions. I am not sure which one I used to fix this, but I did get it to work.

    Thank you, today it's working with no modifications to the browser...bui I ask you another thing...at the end of the process put me an order of an G73-00101 ITEM for 325€. What is it? the subscritpion? there's no description for this one...

    Hi,

    To enroll for MCT you will have pay a fee, I think that is what the order is. You have to pay this fee every year to remain a MCT once you have been enrolled.
