I try to register my copy that I paid for and it says key allready in use. I just bought it today. WTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thursday, February 14, 2008 6:35 AM

If it reports that the key is in use and can't be used to activate, your key was previously used by someone else or there was an error in production and you have a duplicate key. If you can return this copy to the store you purchased it from, do so. Otherwise contact support.

Note that if you are reinstalling or installing to another PC and you have already used the key to subscribe, you cannot use the key again. All subsequent activations are done by entering the *same* LiveID you used to subscribe initially and your existing subscription is validated and OneCare activated.
