    Hi,

    Anyone can explain steps how to send email notification after creating an article ?

    I'm using CRM 2013. Thanks!

    Hey,

    Do you know how to create a workflow in CRM ?

    You have to create a workflow based on the entity Article. Set "On reccord creation" and put the condition "Create an email".

    Choose the "From" and "To" by default or a dynamics value. 

    Save and activate your workflow.

    Dio you use the Outlook addin or server-side sync ?
