Who can I talk to about the ineptitude in the Xbox Support department? I've been collaborating with multiple agents by phone over the course of two months, in search of a solution to a problem that should've been fixed the day I first called. I've been told I can't be helped. I've been told I CAN be helped, but I have to wait a week, or a month. I've been lied to, misled, assured that the problem has been solved when it clearly HASN'T. I've been left on hold for hours only to be forgotten and disconnected. These are not isolated incidents. This is every call I've made in the last 2 months.
Can someone tell me who I have to talk to to fix a DRM Transfer Tool error? And, if not, who do I talk to about the slackjaws working on Xbox Live?
