  • You will probably want to create your own quiz or survey based on how your Organization uses CRM and the user's role in the Organization.  For example, a Sale's user would have a different questionaire from a Marketing or Service user. 

    One suggestion is to build a quiz based on the Primary records in CRM like Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Cases, Opportunities, Quotes, Orders, etc. depending on the entities that your user's use.  You could probably put together 3 to 5 questions on each of those record types and the responses would give you a good idea of your CRM user knowlege.  Leveraging the CRM help files should assist with question content.  You might also want to ask some senario type questions like....... Where do you look if you want to find the latest information about a Customer.  The expected answer to this might be on the Account record under Activities and History.

  • I understand all this, I'm just trying to come up with additional questions.  We are trying to avoid business model specific questions.
