Trouble Downloading Template

Question
-
Hi, I purchased a new copy of Microsoft Standard 2007 from my university bookstore in August 2007 and loaded onto a brand new computer running Vista. I haven't had any problems with it until today, when I tried to download a newletter template from online. My computer said it had to validate and then gave me the following error message: "You may be a victim of software counterfieting. The following software installed on your computer is not geniune: 2007 Microsoft Office System." When I expand details online it tells me "No valid office key was detected." I have the original software and I'm looking at the product key, though I can't find the receipt I used to buy it. The diagnostic tool says my copy is genuine (see below). Why can't I download the template? Please advise.

Hello,
I noticed you have two Office Suite versions installed: Microsoft Office Standard 2007 (shows fine) and 2007 Microsoft Office system (104 PID Error). Curious was this last version pre-installed on your computer @ the time of purchase? Please uninstall this version, restart your computer and try to install the template. You will be asked to re-validate and should be okay @ this point. Please post back should this not resolve the problem you are experiencing.
Thank you,
Stephen Holm, MS
