  • Try the following:

    1. Set Internet Explorer to be your default browser. (Start menu - set program access and defaults in XP, Start/Default Programs in Vista)

    2. Open Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options and delete temporary Internet Files and cookies.

    3. Close Internet Explorer.

    4. Open OneCare and proceed with activation.

If this doesn't work, please open an email support case as a trial user per the instructions here:

  • While you are waiting for a response from support - in IE7, go to tools/Internet Options/Advanced and select the option to reset all settings to default. Try activation again.
