  • Question

  • I know that most of the topics are for the XP operating system but this is for Office Pro XP.  I wanted to install the MS map into Outlook and it said it wasn't genuine.  I have the original disks, so what do I do/

  • River Rogue,

Can you run the diagnostics tool (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012) and post the results here please? It will also give us office information.

    Thanks,

  • Ran the diagnostics, but unable to post results.  Saved as a text file but for some reason I can not copy & paste to here.
