  I have a Windows Live ID.

   

  Yet it still will not let me purchase the product 

  Here is thr error it gives me:

   

  "We can't complete your request right now. Please try again later.
  
  If you get this message more than once, report it as a recurring problem.
  Message 2100"

   

  I have been trying for 4 weeks now. Does anyone know how this can be solved?
