Outlook email chronologically backwards starts at 2008 instead of 2017

  Hello,

  Never had much problems with outlook web based email program. However, now when I open our email Outlook email starts chronologically backwards beginning in 2008 instead of 2017. I have tried to fix the problem myself. It is an unusual problem and I would like to know how to fix it. I can not function personally or as a business with this problem. It takes a very long time to scroll down about 9 years of email before you can even see your email. I would appreciate any help.
