    I'm trying to open jpeg images and the system error "app didn't start right" HELP ~ What am I supposed to do? Return it to the store?

    Which app didn't start right?

    Plus you bought it so if it don't work and the store has a return policy then maybe so.

    AFAIK there is no Forum for your specific issue as you don't provide which app didn't start right for possibly finding a Forum to assist you. The app could be 3rd party and not Microsoft for all I know.
