windows 2008 hyper-v question and disccusion

where are the forums for hyper-v question discussion?
there seems to be some hpc forums

in particular I want to know where to post questions relating vhd and scsi vhd for winxp
I don't seem to be able to install the scsi controller properly in winxp vm and hence can't see the disk
