  • there shall be documents coming out in a few months.

    as of now,
Polycom RMX, or Codian MCU, will register into OCS R2 with multiple Virtual COnf room SIP address, such as MCU001@Contoso.com
MOC (R2) can call into MCU001@contoso.com just like any P2P call,
It is currently using H.263 codec, with security set to optional; because of lack of ICE, it also requires VPN.
Customers are using this interop feature already, to bring users on the road to connect back to a conference room VTC system.

In a few months, when Polycom and Tandberg releases their updated MOC video interop products,
RMX or Codian will still register into OCS R2 with Multiple virtual conf room SIP address,
both systems will support OCS R2 ICE, SRTP, TLS, and RTVideo.
MOC client can call into MCU, using RTVideo and up to HD video.
