Backup failed "the computer can not be authenticated"

HI,

saturday i installed WIN8.1 on a new PC. After some Problems to install the connector, there is only one Problem left. Client backups fail with this error: the computer can not be authenticated

What i did:

- while installing connector sofware -> error "Computer can not trust the Server" -> impored the Server certificat -> Problem solved

- the Server says the computer as offline -> new Computer is UEFI -PC -> installed UEFI update -> problem solved

- reinstalled Server connector on all PCs

Client backups failed on all PCs with this error:

"the computer can not be authenticated" AND the dashboard shows only 3 tasks für this PC instead of 6.

i tried both links now. The result, the same error. And there are only three tasks for all computers now, so i cant setup the backup.
