  • I renewed in Oct 2008 and was now billed to renew again.  Could not find anywhere to complain so here I be???

    Please contact customer service to determine why you are being charged for renewal a second time:

    On the other hand, if you renewed in October and this was for a pending renewal, so you renewed early, the email you receive regarding being renewed and charged is generic and simply confirms that your subscription is being renewed.
    You can check the status of your subscription within OneCare, in the lower left corner it should show the expiration date, and also at https://billing.microsoft.com - signing in with your subscription LiveID which will show your status and also charge history.
