Cannot add an additional mailbox in outlook by exchange

  Hi ... We are successed to add an additional mailbox in HK office. My email profile is ok to set up in HK office. But I cannot to use the same profile in China office.  I use the rcp over http in China office. It can set up the email in China. But I cannot to add an  additional mailbox.Can you help me  to sloved the problem ? Thanks for help.
