Check if the date and time of your computer is correct, if not, correct it, then restart your computer.
Make sure that you have activated onecare on your computer. If you have a "Subscribe" button on the main screen of onecare, click on it, then sign-in using the Live ID where your subscription is associated.
You can check the status of your subscription through https://billing.microsoft.com.
If all fails, contact support.
