need help with reactivating my laptop

i posted this on a different part of this website and was told to post it here so any help would be appreciated my laptop was wiped clean its saying i have to reactivate it but the problem is i dont have the product key as it has came off my laptop i foned up and kept gettin cut off then eventually they told me to come to this website and i only hav 7 days to reactivate it so thought id try it to see if anyone can help
