  • You can’t assign a task to multiple users. Your best choice is to assign the task to a queue and let a single user (from all users who see the queue) accept that task. After the user is done with the task he can either reassign it to another user or put it back in a queue. Another option that exist in CRM is sharing of entities. But activities can not be shared so this path is also not available.
Yet another concept would be the set the task regarding field and share the task parent entity among multiple users or a team.

    Hope this helps

  • Hi,

Assign the activity to a team. Define your 3 users in that team, and restrict the read privilege of the activities (each team could see their own activities and notes). As Adi mentioned you could not assign the activity to more than one user or team. You also could use the queues or sharing solutions as said above.

  • Hi Adi

I have faced same problem. I'd be appreciated if you can help.

I want 3 users have an activity in there activity list in order to see the activity owner notes and report and also be able to make any comments. the owner of activity is one user but some other users also need to monitor this activity progress and make there comments.
